Strategy
The first stage for any partnership with Turquoise is to plan the Strategy, Route to Market and Brand Positioning. We will study the target demographics of the brand, it's adjacencies, and product mix.
Once this is done and a clear road map is set, we will begin to shortlist our customers together with our Internal Sales team and Agent Network. Focussing on retailers that have a 'shop in shop' and ones that are specialised within our selected categories.

We have warehousing in both Spain and Portugal, and our team are able to pick and pack orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring the customer is always fully stocked of our brands.
